Neelam is a happy go lucky woman. One day however her life is turned upside down when she witnesses the brutal murder of her brother and sister-in-law. The horror and devastation of losing her family as well as seeing the brutal crime right in front of her eyes has a deep impact on Neelam. She however is brave and swears to testify against Velgi, the man who committed the crime. When Velgi hears this, he is infuriated and wants to eliminate Neelam. Meanwhile a man named Raja falls in love with her and swears to protect her from all harm. He meets a man named Krishan who is also passionate about fighting for justice and thus they join forces. Soon Velgi catches hold of Neelam and tries to molest her. When Raja tries to stop him he is shot by a cop named Amar. Krishna now only has revenge on his mind. However turns out that Amar in reality is his brother.
