A local King always has to fight off many enemies. Some of the traitors also includes his trusted men BHavani and Ranjeet. His wife and queen gives birth to a baby boy and the whole kingdom rejoices over it, however the happiness is shortlived. The young baby prince is kidnapped by the evil Jalal Khan and taken to a gypsy group. The queen is devastated to learn this and is inconsolable. The king’s brother-in-law Arjun then offers his own son to the queen. When Bhavani finds out this plan he switches his own son in place of Arjun’s. Meanwhile the real
prince is now brought up by gypsies.
Years later when the prince has grown up, he becomes just like Bhavani with evil habits. He not only creates havoc in the kingdom but also imprisons the queen. Meanwhile the real prince now comes to know the truth and returns to avenge the atrocities. The film is directed by Raj Kumar Kohil and produced by Anil Suri. The music is composed by Kalyanji Anandji. The star cast includes Sunil Dutt, Raaj Kumar, Dharamendra, Kamal Hasan, Hema Malini, Reena Roy, Raj Kiran, S A Vikram, Rajiv Anand, Om Prakash, Ajit Pran, Ranjeeta, Sarika, Yogitabali and Jamuna.
