Ranvir, played by Saif Ali Khan claims to have stolen European printing plates. He offers §1.5 Billion counterfeit money in exchange for 500 million real bank notes to a casino owner Thapar, played by Rajesh Khattar. Thapar borrows the money from multimillionaire gangster Armaan, played by John Abraham, but later realizes Ranvir never stole the printing plates. Unable to pay off Armaan, he is forced to give 5 casinos under his control.
Turns out that Armaan and Ranvir had pre-planned this con together. They become business partners. Ranvir falls in love with Armaan’s half sister Aleena, played by Deepika Padukone who is also his 50% shareholder, Armaan’s girlfriend is Omisha, played by Jacqueline Fernandez who claims to be Ranvir’s deseased wife’s sister. Ranvir knows that Thapar and Armaan are responsible for her death and swears revenge.
Ranvir decides to steal the shroud of Turin and sell it to Arman and later steal it back along with his money. RD, played by Anil Kapoor reveals his plan to Armaan, who asks for 15 billion from Anza, played by Aditya Pancholi but makes him win a fight with Typhoon. At a party, Aleena supposedly poisons Ranvir’s drink and tells him that they all are on Armaan’s side and Omisha is not his dead wife’s sister. After Ranvir is presumably dead. Armaan tries to kill Aleena, but is saved by Ranvir who never died because Aleena faked poisoning his drink.
Later Armaan and Ranvir have a fight and Armaan escapes with Omisha where it is revealed that he has the fake shroud and has to hand over all his property and casinos to Anza.
The movie is directed by Abbas-Mustan and produced by Ramesh Taurani. The music is composed by Pritam.
