When an experimental procedure goes badly wrong, the protagonists unwittingly find themselves transferred to a bygone era, specifically 1955. The goofy characters wind up in various humorous scenarios as they try to fit into such an archaic era. Things grow even wackier as they try to recall and re-enact the events of the experiment that got them here in the first place.
