Rajaji, played by Govinda lives in the village with his parents. His parents have pampered him all his life and thus he becomes very easy going and lazy. He then decides instead of working for a living it will be easier to just marry a wealthy woman with lots of riches and inherit her luxuries after marrying her. One day Raja sees a beautiful girl called Payal in Mumbai and is immediately attracted to her. He sees her in a car and assumes that she is rich. He then has an affair with her and marries her.
Raja later comes to know that Payal is not rich but she is the daughter of a wealthy man’s gardener. He then in rage disowns his wife. Later he goes to apologize to his wife and her father gives him money, which they have just won in the lottery. Feeling guilty he finally wins over his wife and father-in-law’s respect.
The movie is directed and produced by Vimal Kumar. The screenplay and story is written by Satish Jain. The music is composed by Anand Milind and Vishwajeet Mukherjee. The cinematography is by Anil Dhanda.
