Dhonga is a wealthy and notorious criminal who plans of assassinating the police commissioner. His plans are however interrupted mid way when his brother is killed by an ordinary unemployed man named Ram. Dhonga is furious at his brother’s death and gets arrested. He now waits patiently to come of prison and get his revenge from Ram. Ram meanwhile joins the police force under inspector Kavi and both work to imprison many pimps and drug dealers in the city, including those who work for Dhonga. Soon Ram falls in love with ane marries Kavi’s sister and they have a son.

 

Meanwhile Dhonga is released from prison and starts running his illegal business with the help of corrupt cops. His brother plans to not only kill Ram’s wife but also get him involved in smuggling of narcotics. Ram thus manages to rescue his son and Kavi, who are kidnapped by Dhonga and bring him to justice. The film is directed by Sanjay Gupta and produced by Firoz A Nadiawala. The music is composed by Anu Malik and the lyrics are written by DevKohli,Indeevar, Maya Govind and RahatIndori. The film’s story is written by Sanjay Gupta. The choreography is by Farah Khan and Nimesh Bhatt. The star cast includes Jackie Shroff,Aditya Pancholi,Rishi Kapoor, Manisha Koirala, Asrani,Anupam Kher,Mukesh Khanna,Dara Singh,Jagdeep,Bharat Kapoor,Dinesh Hingoo,Alok Nath,Ishrat Ali,Aniket and Deepti Bhatnagar.
