This is violent story of two extremely evil minds that commit one crime after another with no remorse. One is Raman, played by Nawazuddin Siddiqui and the other is Raghav, played by Vicky Kaushal. When both cross each other’s paths, they realize how much more mayhem they can create together.
Raghav is assistant commissioner of police, but a hard-core drug addict. He has a bad temper and does not want anyone coming in his way. One day he visits a drug dealer in Mumbai and plans to get his stock of drugs. However, his plans are foiled when the dealer along with another guy get murdered. He is put on the case to investigate the crime.
Meanwhile, Raman confesses to killing 9 people and is arrested. He is beaten and tortured by the cops until he escapes jail. Tired and famished he visits his sister Laxmi, played by Amruta Subhash and asks her for food but ends up in an argument with her husband and her. Enraged he leaves the house only to come back and kill them. Raghav is put on the case and discovers Raman’s involvement.
Raghav is in a relationship with a girl called Simi, played by Sobita Dhulipala who he later kills for another girl called Ankita. Raman kills Ankita having witnessed the crime on Raghav’s behest.
Raman Raghav 2.0 is directed by Anurag Kashyap and produced by Vikas Bahl, Anurag Kashyap, Vikramaditya Motwane and Madhu Mantena. The music is composed by Ram Sampath.
