Suchitra loves to maintain her slim figure and takes good care of herself. Her daughter Indu however gets married against her wishes to Ajay and they have two daughters Kaajal and Pooja. The mother daughter pair later make truce and start their own business together. They exploit the workers immensely which angers Ajay and he leaves home with Pooja. Years later Kaajal falls in love with her fellow classmate Yogi. In a shocking twist her sister Kaajal too loves Yogi. This love triangle finally brings the two sisters face to face and they learn the full extent of injustice of their mother and grandmother.
The film is directed by TalatJani and produced by Mansoor A Siddiqui. The star cast includes Jeetendra, Kamal Sadanah, Amrita Singh, Divya Bharati,Ayesha Julka, Kader Khan, Bharat Kapoor, Tiku Talsania, Bindu and Reeta Bhaduri.
