Neil, played by Aftab Shivdasani, is a wealthy business tycoon with a heart condition, that needs transplantation immediately. He thus finds a donor Anuj. His widowed wife Anahita, played by Celina Jaitley, is beautiful and Neil is attracted to her at once. She tells Neil that her husband had an affair with her friend Ria, played by Amrita Arora and she is responsible for his death. Also Ria’s friend Rock has been giving her trouble by harassing her. Neil sympathizes with Anahita and she confides in him. Eventually the two fall in love and consummate their passionate love for each other.
One night Rocky again tries to harass Anahita and in a fit of rage Neil murders him. Meanwhile police officer Abhay Rastogi is on the murder case and finds Neil’s wrist watch nearby and he becomes a suspect. Anahita and Neil now have to hide their dirty secret somehow. Later Neil learns the shocking truth that Anahita is the mastermind behind all the crimes. She killed her husband through Rocky, because he wanted to marry Ria. A heartbroken Neil lies to her that he has poisoned her drink and she gets killed in a car accident.
