The story is based on two neighboring schools that are competitive towards each other. The first school is Valley High School, where the rich and affluent parents’ children study, while the other is Bharti High School, where the middle class parents send their kids to study. Valley High school has been dominating the competitions and events that take place and always win making Bharti students the losers. This is one of the reasons they bully the Bharti students. Thus both the schools have become each other's staunch ememies.
The Bharti students are however saved by one mysterious and rugged looking guy called Kabir Mukherjee, played by Sunny Deol, who helps them. They befriend him and get to know him better. He too opens up to him and seems softer as a person. Dev, played by Yash Pandit and Suhana, played by Manjari Fadnis are students of Bharti school. Dev starts dating a girl from Valley school but soon she dumps him and humiliates him. He has a race with the other school boys in their car. However while speeding their car meets with an accident and Kabir dies trying to save them. The students are devastated.
The students now have to prepare for a 100 meters race without Kabir but Dev doesn’t give up hope and trains hard. He is badly injured by one of the opponents but still carries on and finally wins the race, making it a glorious victory for Bharti High School against Valley High School. The film is written, directed and produced by Arindam Chaudhuri. The music is composed by Jatin-Lalit.
