Shankar grows up in an extremely poor family. One day he watches as his mother has no food left in the house and no money to buy it either. She dies of starvation. The helpless and devastated Shankar takes an oath that not another person will die hungry if he can help it. He thus grows up to build an orphanage for poor and hungry children who have no food or place to stay. He gets items for his orphanage by stealing it from a wealthy man called J.K, who has a illegal business thriving at the cost of others. J.K comes to know about this and considers Shankar as his enemy. The two men openly challenge each other. However one day tragedy strikes when J.Kslaughters the children from Shankar’s orphanage. Shakar is seething with revenge.
The film is directed by Ramesh Ahuja and produced by Suresh Grover. The music is composed by Bappi Lahiri. The star cast includes Mithun Chakraborty,Kimi Katkar,Sadashiv Amrapurkar, Gulshan Grover, Puneet Issar and Viju Khote.
