Radha, played by Meera Vasudevan, works in a renowned advertising agency. One day her agency arranges a shoot, where Radha gets the chance to meet top models of the industry. There among them, is her dream man, model Vikram Verma, a top model, who Radha has had a crush on for the longest time. She is nervous around him but cannot manage to get his attention, as he has a girlfriend, the beautiful model Maggi. Feeling dejected, Radha goes to her grandmother, played by Tanuja for help.
Radha’s grandmother gives her quick tips to get Vikram’s attention. She tells her to follow these rules if she wants Vikram to notice her. 1. She must ignore him 2. Let him chase her 3. Be mysterious, don’t let him figure you out 4. Don’t let him feel he can emotionally hurt you and 5. Praise him in everything he does. Radha follows the rules to the t and makes Vikram fall for her. Later she feels she cheated him into falling in love with her when he might not be in love with him. She breaks up with Vikram, who is now heartbroken. One day he visits her house in her absence and sees all his pictures in her room. He is overjoyed that she too loves him. They confess their love to each other after Vikram saves her life during a film shoot.
