Ajit and Rajesh are the sons of Mr. & Mrs. Mehra but they are different on every level as far as their thinking and nature goes. Their parents would like them to get married but Ajit is too much of a workaholic and has no time to get married, while Rajesh is a playboy who is not yet ready to settle. Their servant’s niece Indu lives in the outhouse and has a soft corner for Rajesh but he dislikes her and the two often squabble over the silliest of things. Meanwhile Mr. Mehra tells Rajesh that their business is not doing very well and they might go bankrupt if he doesn’t change his flirty ways. Only Uncle Bob can save the. He suggests that Rajesh must marry someone quickly. So he decides why not use Indu and dispose her after Bob leaves for the US. But things get ugly when Indu comes to know of their true intentions.
