Pappu Mishra has created a reality show on television called ‘Musibat Odh Li Maine’ and is also hosting the show. He reports a lot of things and few of them don’t go down well with a criminal named Baba Bhandari. This gets Pappu in Bhandari’s bad books and he makes him his target. Incidentally they both belong to the same town and are now he’ll bent on out doing each other. Meanwhile Pappu visits his home town during Diwali and Bhandari takes this opportunity and kidnaps him. A vivacious and bubbly girl named Mandira saves Pappu from the wrath of Bhandari.
Just when things were seemingly falling in place, another confusion comes to the fore. Pappu and Bhandari both end up falling for Mandira. The men are now each other’s arch rivals and want to win over the love of Mandira too. The film is directed by Karan Kashyap and the star cast includes Akshaye Khanna, Priyaank, Riva Kishan, Rakesh Bedi, Supriya Pathak, Mrunal Jain, Yuvika Chauhan and Jaya Ojha.
