Ram Singh works as a constable with the Mumbai police and has been known for his honesty and hard work. His helpful and generous nature has got him many fans in the department. One day he crosses paths with a dreaded gangster and learns of incriminating evidence against him about his connections with top influential people running the country. He makes up his mind to expose them. Before this could happen however, Ram Singh’s younger brother Sagar is arrested and falsely charged with a crime. He is somehow able to convince the judge of his innocence and gets him bailed out. His challenges don’t just end there. He finds out the real criminal in the crime and brings him to the police station but before he could be charged with the crime, he is found murdered and the blame is put on non other than Ram Singh himself.
The film is directed by Rama Rao Tatineni and produced by Chander Sadanah. The music is composed by Laxmikant Pyarelal. The star cast includes Dharmendra, Govinda, Amrita Singh, Ashok Kumar, Shakti Kapoor and Anupam Kher.
