Director Mahesh Bhatt is returning after 29 years to produce the film Sadak2. The film will star Sanjay Dutt, Pooja Bhatt, Aditya Roy Kapur and Alia Bhatt,
This time Mahesh Bhatt is roping in both his daughters, Pooja and Alia in the pivotal role. In the earlier part of Sadak released in 1991, Sanjay Dutt and Pooja Bhatt were a part of starcast wherein he was a taxi driver in love with a girl from the brothel whom he rescuses.
Actor Sadashiv Amrapurkar had played a very evil and powerful character of Maharani in the film. Mahesh’s wife Soni Razdan also had a small role in the film.
Sadak 2 to be released after 29 years is a story pulled out from his life, the film is about living, loving and dealing with the loss of a loved one with the anguish and pain one goes through.
