Dr Sushma is a well known doctor and therapist of a reputed hospital. One day a patient with a strange case is brought to her. He has lost his memory and is injured. She takes good care of him and helps him recover and also gives him a name Krishna. Eventually the two fall in love and get married. After a few days, Sushma meets inspector Ranjit who discloses a shocking fact to her. He tells her that Krishna is hired to kill her before he had a horrible accident that took his memory away. He warns her that he will try again, if his memory returns. Sushma is now on her guard. One day while taking pictures of her Krishna has a bad fall and his memory begins to return. He unexpectedly attacks her but is stopped in time by inspector Ranjit. He tells him that his sister was not killed by Sushma but by a gangster named Monty. He then kills Monty and reunites with his wife.
The film is directed by Deepak Balraj Vij and produced by Surendra Jain. The music is composed by Bappi Lahiri and the story is written by Kalaivanan Kannadasan. The star cast includes Aditya Pancholi, Madhuri Dixit, Shafi Inamdar, Kulbhushan Kharbanda, Om Shivpuri, Shammi,T P Jain, Suresh Oberoi, Sahila Chaddha, Jamuna and Manju Mishra.
