Salim Pasha aka Salim Langda lives a poor lifestyle with his parents and sister in a devious neighborhood in Mumbai. He is a part of the minority Muslim community that is looked down upon by many. Salim dreams of becoming rich and successful one day and is desperate to make a quick buck. It is then that an opportunity comes his way, where he is asked to start a communal riot and paid a huge amount for it. Little does Salim Langda know the consequences this will have on his life as well as the life on others around him.
The film is directed by Saeed Akhtar Mirza and produced by NFDC. The music is composed by Sharang Dev and the story is written by Saeed Akhtar Mirza. The screenplay is written by Manoj Lalwani and the dialogues are written by Hriday Lani. The cinematography is by Virendra Saini. The star cast includes Pavan Malhotra, Makrand Deshpande and Ashutosh Gowariker.
