When a reputed businessman is mysteriously murdered, ACP Malvika, played by Sushmita Sen, is put on the case. No sooner does she begin her investigation than a famous actress is slaughtered. Malavika feels they have a serial killer on their hands. She then meets a man who is stalking her and mentions a man named Suleiman Bhai, who has a knack for killing people without leaving any evidence. She goes to Suleiman’s house, but unfortunately finds him dead too. Now she narrows down on the similarities of the three victims. First they all had poor eyesight of -2, second they were the best in their respective fields, third they got their spectacles made from the same shop and fourth the position of their hands indicated their death time; i.e 12pm, 3pm and 6pm.
When Malvika goes to the shop to investigate, she finds that the assistant tells her that her eyesight is perfect but she lacks vision. She doesn’t understand at first and feels she might have spoken to the killer when he doesn’t show up the next day. A high-profile musician meanwhile has a concert and Malvika arranges for tight security. However he doesn’t get killed even after 9pm. A man called Amod comes up to her and says that he was also a police academy graduate with credentials better than Malvika’s but due to his eyesight of -2 he was rejected from the police force. Thus he feels its unfair when someone has a poor eyesight and still excels in their field, thus he kills them. He later tells her that her daughter is dead as she had -2 eyesigh. Malavika shoots him without a second thought.
