Captain Chawla is the captain of a shipping company run by Ranbir. During a new year’s party they hear guns shots and come to know that captain Gomes shot some employees later another explosion happens and the ship Samraat sinks. Ranbir doubts that Chawla has been smuggling gold in the guise of his captaincy. He gets him arrested. Meanwhile Chawla’s daughter Suman returns from England and seeks the truth and wants to prove her father’s innocence. She then hires two divers Raju and Ram who are also close friends to investigate the sunken
ship. Ram discovers gold bars in the ship and realizes they can become rich by taking a few. However his friend Raju is in love with Suman and wants to return the gold to the government and also help in proving her dad’s innocence. Things turn sour between the two friends. The film is directed by Mohan Sehgal and produced by Mohan Mohla. The music is composed by Pyarelal,Laxmikant Kudalkar. The star cast includes
