Sanam is an Emotional-Romantic Musical-Thriller Family Drama Film crafted with excellence by Nandlal Jaswantlal. The Story revolves around the life of Jogin (played by Dev Anand)- A Kind and poor man living with his family and struggles to find a job. He meets with Sadhana (played by Suraiya)- A Sweet girl in the Book store and together fell in love with each other. However, his mother wents ill and he steals money for her and gets arrested by Police. Things get complicated- when Sadhana's father rejects him- because he was the judge who gave him a sentence, leading to consequences.
