Kundecha is a rich industrialist, who owns 40 branches of the Kundecha Coop Bank Ltd. He has booked all the lockers in his banks and will not allow any outsider to rent it. One day he decides to go to one of the bank branches and empty its contents. He doesn’t see the care taker but meets the beautiful receptionist Sandhya and is instantly attracted to her. He takes all his belongings and leaves in a haste. However he accidentally drops one bag, which Sandhya takes home. A rat who gnaws at the contents of the bag dies and they come to know it is cocaine. Sandhya and her husband Prakash are now in a dilemma. However they decide to report it to the police.
The next day unfortunately and mysteriously the police officer himself disappears. Kundecha then goes to Sandhya’s house and asks her to sleep with him or her entire family will be killed. The family now have to decide what is to be done next. The movie is written, directed and produced by Mahendra Shah. The music is composed by Sukhvinder and the lyrics are written by Sameer.The cinematography is by Nirmal Jani and the dialogues are written by Rumi Jaffrey. The star cast includes Raj Babbar, Deepak Tijori, Baby Gazala, Danny Denzongpa Denzongpa, Kulbhushan Kharbanda,Mustaq Khan,Dinesh Hingoo,Sudhir Dalvi,Anil Dhawan, Mack Mohan,Tiku Talsania and Ruthika.
