Stayameva Jayate is vigilante action film which means Truth Alone Triumphs. The film is directed by Milap Milan Zaveri and features John Abraham and Manoj Bajapayee as the protagonist in the film, collaborated between the two important characters in the film the duo takes on the film together. This was their second film after they had a successful film together called the ‘ Shoot out at Wadala.
The film which was released on 15th August 2018 starts with gruesome killing of a policeman by a hooded man who burns him alive and leaves the ashes in a pot on the door step of the police station challenging the corrupt policemen stating that if they don’t stop taking bribes he will kill them brutally bringing a fear into their lives.
The safety of Mumbai city is assigned to roughly 200,000 from the police department and majority of them are corrupt officers. When they discover four of their police inspectors are brutally murdered and burnt alive in a series of merciless killings.
They suspect the bold and very calculative vigilant Veer to do these gruesome act by taking law in his hands. Fearing of the next attack the commission of Police calls the DCP Shivansh who is the best person to catch Veer. What follows is a confrontation between the two stalwarts through the corrupt underbelly of the financial principal.
