Rajbir Singh, played by Gippy Grewal works as a manager in a lavish 5 star hotel. He is an enthusiastic employee and dedicated to his job. Everything seems to be going great in his life, except for a divorce with his ex-wife Neha, played by Geeta Basra, where he has to pay her a hefty amount of alimony. He meets a girl called Gurpreet Kaur and they fall in love. He wants to marry her but burdened by the alimony payments.
Gurpreet being a lawyer, advices him, that he has to pay her only until she gets married to someone else. So together they go in search of a suitable groom for Rajbir’s ex-wife. The movie takes many hilarious turns on the look out for the perfect groom for Neha. Later the movie takes another dimension when Rajbir’s boss Ajit Singh, played by Dharmendra causes his wife trouble with his flirtatious ways.
Second Hand Husband is directed by Smeep Kang and produced by Amolak Singh Gakhal. The music is composed by Dr Zeus, DJ Flow, Badshah and Jatinder Singh-Shah.
