Akshay, played by Vishal Nayak, is an IT professional and a dotting son. His father Suneel has been a widower for the longest time and Akshay decides to finally put an end to his loneliness and misery by finding a suitable bride for him. So he registers his father on secondmarriage.com. On the other side, a girl Poonam, played by Sayani Gupta has also been looking for a suitable groom for her divorcee mother Shoma and registers on the same site.
Akshay and Poonam connect their respective parents on the website and after some initial reluctance decide to finally take the plunge of tying the knot for the second time in their life. Suneel and Shoma along with Akshay and Poonam take a house together in Gurgaon. They live in a very typical family scenario where in comes a cook called Bihaari and a maid named Flower joins them. After some awkwardness, Shoma and Suneel warm up and the romance kicks off.
In a strange twist of circumstances, Poonam and Akshay find themselves attracted towards each other as well after a night of passion where they are unable to control their emotions. The family life goes for a complete toss at this blunder that the two grown up children of the newly married elderly couple have committed.
