The story of the movie revolves around two brothers who are on the rampage looking for a dreaded and notorious dacoit. He is responsible for the death of their father who was an honest and valiant hawaldar. As the brothers grow up, the older brother Shambhu becomes a outlaw and takes the law in his own hands, committing big and small crimes. While the younger brother becomes a police officer. They both become poles apart and are very different in temperament and nature.
The movie is directed by Ram Pradeep Sharma and produced by H S Taneja. The music is composed by Bappi Lahiri. The star cast includes Sudesh Berry, Raj Dhanova, Ashish Vidyarthi, Shashi Chawla, Amrit Pal, Ranjeet, Mohan Joshi, Rajiv Verma, Neelam Khan, Shraddha, Sheetal Bedi and Aparna Desai.
