The story of the movie revolves around the Bombay Stock Exchange also known as the share bazaar at Dalal street in Mumbai. Here two brothers by the name Hasmukh Mehta and Mansukh Mehta rein supreme in trading. They know how to manipulate people and get their job done. They decide to financially ruin a man called Shekhar who is turning out to be their competitor, by getting him arrested. Meanwhile they have met a smart man named Raj, who they would like to take Shekhar’s place. However Raj will have to play his cards very carefully to not get manipulated.
The movie is directed by Manmohan and produced by Suresh Vhoudhary. The music is composed by Utpal Biswas and the lyrics are written by Srikant Mishra. The screenplay and dialogues are written by Manmohan Sabir.
