Police Officer Dibakar Singha, who is based at Hridaypur, has a lavish life with his parents, grandmother, and sister. When a mobster named Arjun Sarkar comes an army of thugs to frighten him, the entire town rallies with him since he is highly respected. After being degraded and humiliated, the latter goes back to Howrah and transfers Dibakar by using his connections with high-ranking police officers and politicians. Once there, the latter learns about Arjun's illegal actions, but his superiors forbid him from acting. Frustrated, he and his friends—including his beloved Pooja—must put up with additional humiliation at the hands of a vicious Arjun, who intends to continue his plot to terrorize and degrade Dibakar without consequence.
