Prakash Saxena is tragically separated from his mother, father and brother for years and looks for them. From his home town of Allahabad, Prakash enters a life of crime and renames himself Shera. He however continues to look for his family. One day he gets the information that his family is located in Bombay and thus moves to the city, where a man named Shobraj has information about Shera’s family. What he finds in the bargain might force him to give up his quest to meet his family as it might endanger their lives. The film is directed and produced by Jagdish Sidana. The music is composed by Laxmikant Pyarelal and the lyrics are written by Anand Bakshi.
The film’s story is written by Padma Sidana and the screenplay is written by Khalid Majeed. The cinematography is by A K Nigam and the choreography is by Gopi Krishna,Kamal, Oscar and Vijay.
