Madhu is a wealthy lady who falls in love with Vijay and both soon get married. Madhu’s friend Julie notices a change in attitude of Vijay however does not tell Madhu. Madhu is made to sign a power of attorney by Vijay and he starts running her hotel. He realizes that the hotels aren’t doing well and sells it to Darshan and his partners. Madhu gets upset when she learns this. All the partners come to sign the agreement to take over the hotel except one. Julie witnesses his murder and soon she too gets attacked for being a witness. Madhu asks a dying Julie who attacked her and she reveals his name to be Vijay, which shocks Madhu but she doesn’t disclose this to the cops.

 

Meanwhile another partner dies and Darshan’s girlfriend is blamed for it but she denies it. The police arrest Vijay and accuse him of killing the partners one by one but he refuses and they beat him up. Later Vijay comes to know that Darshan’s girlfriend Rama is his sister as she too wants to avenge her father’s murder by Darshan. She attacks Darshan and he attacks her in return and both die.

 

The movie is directed by Darshan Bagga and produced by Surjit Pandher. The music is composed by Anand Raj Anand.
