Vijendra is married to Suman, played by Tabu and lives with his sister Rajeshwari and his mother. He is a rich business man in South Africa. However his marriage to Suman is not very stable but they manage to continue somehow. Soon Vijendra meets Mahendra, played by Govinda who wants to expand his business and discusses it with Vijendra. He sees this as a plan to expand his own business and plays along. One day Vijendra invites Mahendra to his forest house and there Mahendra reveals that his true identity is Om and kills Vijendra. At the funeral, Om shows up and lies that he knew Vijendra from India but his family doesn’t trust him.

 

Later Rajeshwari starts to spy on him and is shocked to know that he might not be the killer. It is then revealed that Om and Suman used to be lovers but her parenst got her married to Vijendra. When she confided the truth to her husband he allowed her to go back to Om but she refused and stayed back. Later Vijendar doubts her intentions. Om then reveals to the women his real intentions that Vijendra had assaulted Om and his family and his sister committed suicide as a result and thus he killed him. Just when Om is about to kill Suman and Rajeshwari, they are saved by the police and he drives away to take his own life.

 

The movie is directed by N. Chandra and produced by Kishan G. Kishnani. The music is composed by Aadesh Shrivastava.
