Bhola is an innocent and happy-go-lucky child. His parents pamper him and bring him up with good values. His life takes an ugly turn when his parents are killed by the ruthless Jaggan. Unable to do anything he is left abandoned. That is when 3 men feel pity for him and decide to bring him up as their own. They teach him self-defense and various forms of combat. Soon Bhola turns into Shiva and goes to the city to work as a journalist. There he meets with the young and beautiful Nisha and both fall in love. By day he is Bhola and when there is trouble he turns into Shiva. Soon he hunts down his parents killers and teaches them a lesson.
The film is directed by Raj N Sippy and produced by N C Sippy. The music is composed by R D Burman. The star cast includes Jackie Shroff, Parikshit Sahni, Vinod Mehra, Poonam Dhillon, Mazhar Khan, Gulshan Grover and Shakti Kapoor.
