Shiva is a simple and honest man, living in the village with his sister Kusum. To get his sister married off, Shiva comes to the city to earn some money. On his stay there he meets a dashing and street smart man named Shakti. Both become good friends and Shiva sees Shakti as an inspiration. An underworld don in the city named D.C wants to commit a perfect diamond robbery and asks Shakti to join him but the latter refuses. He is then harassed day and night to join in the theft. In frustration, Shakti goes to the village and ends up meeting Shiva’s sister and both fall in love. D.C doesn’t give up and follows Shakti and forces him to join him. The robbery takes place and Shakti is the only one victimized.
Shiva always wanted his sister to marry Shakti but now his dreams are shattered. Shiva and Shakti come to know that the real culprit is D.C and join forces to eliminate him. The film is directed and produced by Anand. The music is composed by Anand Milind and the story is written by Mukesh Bakshi. The star cast includes Shatrughan Sinha, Govinda, Kimi, Anita Raj, Anupam Kher, Gulshan Grover, Shiva, Ashok Saraf, Tiku Talsania, Duggal, Goga Kapoor, Leela Mishra and Asha Sharma.
