Surendra is a hard working man. As a youth he was thrown out of his own village and then went to the city to make a living for himself. Finding success and money Surendra is happy until he gets a bad news of his father’s passing. He comes back to his village after many years for his father’s last rites and is shocked to hear that he was killed by a Spirit. Not completely believing this, he offers a reward for anyone who sees a ghost. This creates a lot of confusion and greed among the poor. Things get so out of hand that few people are also killed to make them come back as ghosts. The film is directed by Biplab Roy Choudhry and produced by Sitakant Misra. The music is composed by Shantanu Mahapatra. The star cast includes Om Puri, Kanu Bandopadhyaya, Shashi Saxena, Udya Chandra and Sushma Tendulkar.
