Kailashnath, is a wealthy businessman who is ruthless in making his business work. His equally spoilt son Avinash has no value for money or any regard for people. He especially has no respect for women and treats them like a commodity of using and throwing them. He has also sexually molested many girls and taken advantage of them. He and his friend Nagoba get into lots of trouble with their ruthless and arrogant attitudes.
One day Avinash meets the beautiful Madhuri and falls in love with her. He approaches her and proposes, but Madhuri dislikes him from the very beginning and flatly refuses his proposal. When Avinash tries to force a realtion she slaps him. Avinash is not only humiliated by Madhuri, but also by his friend Nagoba. Nagoba one day finds Madhuri in a secluded place and rapes her. She gets pregnant and later gives birth to a baby girl Pooja. The girl grows up to be as beautiful and bold like her mother. Unfortunately history repeats itself and Pooja gets raped by three boys from her college. Pooja is now on a mission of vengeance.
The movie is directed and produced by Vijay Nair. The music is composed by Nishad Vaidya and the story is written by Siddique Durrani. The cinematography is by Manish K Vyas and the choreography is by Dilip Mistry. The star cast includes Sunny Mehta, Javed Jaffrey, Shalu Singh, Archana Puran Singh, Mukesh Khanna, Mohnish Bahl, Tinnu Anand, Pankaj Berry and Shakti Kapoor.
