Manya Surve, played by John Abraham, studies at Kirti College, Dadar. He is in love with Vidya Joshi, played by Kangana Ranaut. Manya’s elder brother Bhargav, played by Vineet Sharma is a gangster and at loggerheads with a mafia named Bhatkar, played by Ranjeet. One day Bhatkar’s goons attack Bhargav and injure him but Manya reaches on time and saves him but Bhargav stabs one of them and he dies.
On the day of Manya’s college results, police arrest him and Bhargav and humiliate them in front of the whole college. They are locked up at Yerwada Jail. Manya befriends a convict named Munir who saves him from another convict Potya but sadly Bhargav dies during this attack. Veera, a convict trains Manya to become physically stronger and he eventually kills Potya when he is attacked.
Munir and Manya escape prison and join hands with two Mafia king pin brothers Zubair, played by Manoj Bajpayee and Dilawar, played by Sonu Sood. Manya later forms his own gang with Munir, Veera and Gyancho. Manya then murders Bhatkar. A huge gang war ensues between the various gangsters and eventually, all are killed along with Manya in an encounter by the police.
The movie is directed by Sanjay Gupta and produced by Sanjay Gupta, Anuradha Gupta, Ekta Kapoor and Shobha Kapoor. The music is composed by Anu Malik, Mustafa Zahid, Anand Raj Anand and Meet Bros.
