Suraj, played by Neil Nitin Mukesh is an angry young man, who is living a directionless life. He get aggravated at small things and one day in a fit of rage during an argument, he ends up injuring his younger brother. This makes his family ultimately send him off to Mumbai to stay with his uncle. After arriving in Mumbai, he comes across a wealthy lady, Monica, played by Ameesha Patel, who starts to flirt with her golf coach and eventually they are caught in the act of making love which Suraj records on his camera.
Later Suraj learns that Monica is the wife of a rich business tycoon and she is having an affair with the golf coach, thus he blackmails her into giving him a luxurious lifestyle in return for the tapes. Thus having no choice, she sponsors his holiday in Kenya with his friends but tries to outsmart him every time. Suraj meets a wealthy girl Sherry, played by Puja Gupta and falls in love with her. Ultimately he realizes that love is more important than money and thus decides to mend his ways.
The movie is written, directed and produced by Susi Ganeshan. The cinematography is done by N. K. Ekambaram and the music is composed by Himesh Reshammiya. The movie is edited by Dilip Deo, Hardik Singh Reen.
