Shraddha lives a middle class life with her widowed father, brother Bittu, and step-brother and his wife. When her dad passes away, he leaves his entire property for Bittu. This is not taken well by their step-brother and his wife. They lock the brother-sister in a room and force them to sign on the property papers. They somehow manage to escape but sadly bittu dies in an accident. Shraddha is then rescued by her boyfriend Amit who soon marries her. She then moves in with his family which includes his mother Geeta and brother Raju. Soon she gets
pregnant and there is joy in the house. However when a business rival Laxminarayan, attacks the house, Amit and Geeta fall victims and die. Shraddha then decides to abort her baby and look after Raju.
Raju grows up to take care of Shraddha constructions now renamed as Geeta constructions. He falls in love with Nita who is the daughter of Laxminarayan. Shraddha approves of the match and the marriage takes place. However things get complicated when Nita moves in and she is not who she claims to be. The film is directed by Anil Sharma and produced by K C Sharma. The music is composed by Hemant Bhonsle. The star cast includes Arun Govil, Deepak Parashar, Raakhee, Suresh Oberoi and Madhu Kapoor.
