Set in the heartland of Kashmir, Sikander is a teen who’s parents were killed brutally by the jihadis 10 years ago. He now lives with his uncle and aunt in a small town. Sikander has a passion and love for soccer, which he is trying to play whenever he gets the time and opportunity. Sadly life in the Kashmir valley isn’t what it used to be many years back and militants have mushroomed all over changing the atmosphere of the serene and calm place.
One day when Sikander is at his usual self playing and joking with his friends, he happens to find a gun on the ground. The gun is unattended and thus he picks it up and tries to use it but doesn’t know how. That’s when he gets guidance from an unknown source. The man is friendly and looks genuine and gets Sikandar to trust him. His friend Nasreen always wants to make sure Sikandar is on the right track and doesn’t want him to stray. However he has gone so far deep into the crime world that he now finds it difficult to return back.
The movie is directed by Piyush Jha and produced by Sudhir Mishra. The music is composed by Shankar-Ehsaan-Loy, Sandesh Shandilya and Justin-Uday.
