Deepak, played by Sanjay Kapoor, is an honest and naïve man. One day he comes across a woman’s hand bag and finds that it contains her educational and many other important papers. Deepak being kind and honest mails it straight away to the woman by the name Aarti. Soon both start corresponding with each other and become close. They soon fall in love. While her sister-in-law wants her to marry the man of her choice, her brother has already chosen a life partner for her. Aarti however decides to start looking for Deepak but finds it very difficult to locate him in a huge city.
Deepak too wants to meet Aarti, but doesn’t know where to look for her. Meanwhile his boss Neha, played by Sushmita Sen is attracted to Deepak but he only thinks of Aarti. Soon the lovers meet under emotional circumstances and confess their love to each other. The movie is directed by Agathian and produced by Boney Kapoor. The music is composed by Nadeem Sharvan and the lyrics are written by Sameer. The cinematography is by Thangar Bachan and the choreography is by Farah Khan, Ganesh Acharya and Nimesh Bhatt.
