An event organiser named Karthik (Nandu) helps Valli (Rashmi), who suffers an accident. In the accident, Valli forgets her background, and Karthik helps her get over the ordeal. Meanwhile, Valli is continually bothered by a bad spirit. The rest of the narrative is about Valli and how she is related to the bad spirit.
