Siddharth, played by Sharman Joshi goes to attend his elder brother Harsh’s, played by Sanjay Suri’s wedding in Mauritius with this mother Gayatri, palyed by Shabana Azmi and father Navin, played by Boman Irani. Harsh is preoccupied with his work and spends little time with his family as well as his fiancé Aaliyah, played by Chritrangada Singh. She thus takes the responsibility to show his family around Mauritius before the wedding takes place. Their mother is mighty upset at Harsh for not informing her before he decided on getting married.
Gayatri takes a dislike for Aaliyah due to them not consulting her before the marriage was fixed, however Aaliyah is always trying to make everyone feel comfortable. She gets close to Siddharth during thus time and both eventually fall in love. He is horrified at falling for his own brother’s fiancé but she is sure and persists without any doubt. Gayatri gets hints but is not sure what to make of it. Now Siddharth and Aaliyah are in a great dilemma at what to do next.
The movie is directed by Onir and produced by Vatsal Seth, Sanjay Suri, Onir and Nikkhil Advani and Mukesh Talreja. The music is composed by Gaurav Dayal and Vivel Phillip.
