GA advertising agency have to promote a milk-based product for their client and are looking for a fresh face for the promotional posters and ads. The Manager of the agency Patwardhan, is asked to get someone ASAP. Not finding anyone else, Patwardhan then suggests a book-keeper, Chandraprakash for the solution. He then comes to meet the bosses along with his wife Sushma. A photo shoot is done when several pictures of the couple are taken to promote the brand new product. Posters are printed to be put across the city.
However, an ugly truth surfaces that will change the course of things forever. Patwardhan comes to know that the lady Sushma who Chandraprakash introduced as his wife is not his wife in reality but Bhavna Verma a woman about to divorce her husband and inherit Rs 10 Crores from her grandfather. Chandraprakash ahs to do all in his capacity to stop the posters from being put up, or his wife will come to know the truth.
The movie is directed by Kirti Kumar and produced by Govinda. The music is composed by Kamini Khanna and Nirmal Pawar.
