Street Singer is an Emotional-Romantic Musical Family Melodrama Film created with excellence by Phani Majumdar. The Story revolves around the life of two childhood friends, Bhulwa (played by KL Saigal) and Manju (played by Kanan Devi), who grow up to become street singers and dreams for fortune but things get complicated- when Manju becomes famous and forgets about Bhulwa- but fate brings them together and reunited their love, leading to consequences.
