Sehar, played by Ayesha Takia has a rare condition where her memory gets wiped out and she has no idea about certain events that have happened in her life. ACP Rajveer, played by Ajay Devgan is besotted by Sehar but she keeps refusing him. Later one day when Sehar wakes up she finds herself having missed one full day from her life, along with being followed by a stranger, she is also asked for a fare of a journey she remembers nothing of. Also an aspiring actor Kumar, played by Irrfan Khan takes her to be a ghost.
Later Sehar hears messages on her answering machine, which don’t make any sense to her. She realizes that she has missed a Sunday and something happened in the nightclub when she went with her friend. Rajveer figures that Sehar might have witnesses a youth’s murder taking place. They later set a trap and arrest the son of a minister who killed his girlfriend and the boy who was having an affair with her. Meanwhile Rajveer confesses his feelings to Sehar and they both get married.
The movie is directed by Rohit Shetty and produced by Kumar Mangat Pathak and Sunil Lulla. The music is composed by Sandeep Chowta, Shibani Kashyap, Daler Mehndi and Raghav Sachar.
