Mr. Raj Saxena, played by Kader Khan loves to accumulate money. He is very careful about his money and is always on the lookout for ways to double his income and finding new sources of cash. His daughter Kiran, played by Ameesha Patel is the opposite and loves to spend her father’s money. While he accumulates money she enjoys spending it on herself. One day Mr. Saxena gets into a new scheme where he cons elderly people. He asks them to pay a certain amount and promises double the money in 20 years. He very well knows that none of these elderly folks will survive till 20 years. He keeps at this con for a long time until one day his plans come crashing down.

A young man, played by Aftab Shivdasani comes to Mr. Saxena’s house claiming to be one of the lender’s son and wants his money back. Mr. Saxena is not willing to return anything and gets rid of all evidence. He is however not willing to give up so easily. Ironically the young man’s name is also Raj Saxena. He then plans to extract the money from Mr. Saxena in another way and makes his daughter Kiran fall in love with him. He then inherits a huge amount of money from Kiran’s grandmother. Now the tables have turned and it is Mr. Saxena who has to get into the good books of Raj.

The movie is directed by Vimal Kumar and written by Rajiv Kaul. The music is composed by Suneel Darshan and the cinematography is by Pravin Bhatt.
