Bharti, played by Rekha works day and night looking after her family and their well being, not asking anything in return. She has given up all her dreams and ambitions to make sure her family is comfortable and have all the things they need to live a good life. But, her family in return only complains and mock her. They criticize her ways of doing things and interfering in their lives. Nevertheless she continues doing her job without a word of complain against them. The housemaid is the only one who feels sorry for her.
Her grandson Mann, played by Sharman Joshi, who lives in the US hears of the injustice done to her and goes to see her in Mumbai. He decides to bring about a change in the family members towards her with the help of his friend Riya. He gets Bharti modeling contracts and does a professional photo shoot for her. She becomes famous overnight and her family at amazed at seeing her new modern avatar. But, they are not able to handle the household chores during her absence and the maid too leaves. Mann tells her to take up a job opportunity in Dubai do her family realizes her worth.
She return successful and wealthy and the family one by one realize their mistake that they had treated her badly and apologize to her. The movie is directed and produced by Indra Kumar and Ashok Thakeria. The music is composed by Harshit Saxena and Sanjeev Darshan.
