Suraj being a goon is still compassionate and helpful. He works mostly against the criminals and this has not augured well with the underworld mafia don Dhanraj. Another goon named Raja is also kind hearted and helpful and again working against criminals, thus getting into the bad books of Dhanraj as well. Dhanraj also has an arch rival in Jagtap. One day there is a terrific news that a millionaire Laxman’s niece Kiran, is arriving from the US and is wearing a 2.5 million worth ring. Meanwhile Laxman’s friend’s nephew Vijay, who is a princeis coming from London to wed her.

 

Jagtap now approaches Raja to kidnap Kiran for which he will be paid Rs 5 million and promising he wont harm her. Meanwhile a waiter named Amar impresses Kiran on her way to the hotel and she is impressed with him. Suraj now kidnaps the prince Vijay and goes in his place as an imposter. Only Amar and Raja know he isn’t really a prince. Later it is revealed that Amar is the real prince. The movie is directed and produced by Raju Mavani. The music is composed by Anu Malik and the lyrics are written by Faiz Anwar and Ramesh Pant. The screenplay is written by Ramesh Pant and Talukdars. The cinematography is by Sanjay Malvankar. The star cast includes Aditya Pancholi, Saif Ali Khan, Sunil Shetty, Monica Bedi, Divya Dutta, Kader Khan, Tinu Anand, Mukesh Rishi, Arun Bakshi, Achyut Potdar and Sheeba.
