Vivaan, played by Rajeev Khandelwal is happily married to Siya, played by Tina Desai, but the couple are having a tough time making ends meet and try out a lucky draw. Turns out they win the lucky draw and get a chance to travel to the island of Fiji on a all paid expenses stay. On reaching the luxurious resort they meet its manager Mr. Khan, played by Paresh Rawal. He then asks them to participate in a live show called Table no.21, where the winner will get a prize of Rs 210 million.
The couple willingly enters the game show, where they will have to answer 8 questions truthfully and then be given a task related to it. The game begins in a seemingly easy way but gets horrific and complicated with the couple not having an option of quitting. The questions are all related to their personal and college life. Vivaan is then asked to murder someone who he sees in front of him and recognizes him from his past. It is the boy who they had ragged in college and is now mentally challenged. The boy is Mr. Khan’s son and thus he wanted to take revenge for putting his son in this condition. They are then made to see the consequences of ragging.
The movie is directed by Aditya Datt and produced by Sunil Lulla and Viki Rajani. The music is composed by Gajendra Verma, Neeraj Shreedhar and Sachin Gupta.
