Pratap Singh is a wealthy businessman living a lavish life with his sons Randhir and Ranvir. He asks his son Randhir to take their gold hidden underneath the Shiva temple and invest it abroad. However he refuses to do so and both argue over the matter. Ultimately Randhir decides to leave the house with his pregnant wife and daughter and live elsewhere. He now starts his own coal mining business and it starts to flourish. Things take a tragic turn when a horrific accident takes place at the coal mine and almost 300 workers are killed. The cops then find Randhir accountable and arrest him. He is sentenced to 20 years in prison. When he returns he is shocked to find that his father and wife are both dead and his kids are missing. The film is directed and produced by Brij. The music is composed by Kalyanji Anandji. The star cast includes Mithun
Chakraborty, Shatrughan Sinha, Zeenat Aman, Hema Malini, Ranjeet, Bob Christo and Sonu Nigam.
